The AMDA Foundation advances excellence in patient care through research and its translation into long term care practice to support the members and mission of the American Medical Directors Association (AMDA).

Description

The AMDA Foundation, an independent not-for-profit organization, serves as the research arm of AMDA. The Foundation conducts research that will help make a direct impact on the quality of long term care. In addition the Foundation holds a program each year to increase the number of residents and fellows that choose to make a career in the area of long term care, to address the increasing needs of an aging population.
