Training volunteers to use tools and procedures, for the planning and management of humanitarian aid and disaster relief operations, which are accepted within the larger community of humanitarian aid and disaster relief providers. Researching, developing, and implementing internationally accepted healthcare training programs, for teaching local caregivers the skills needed in providing immediate and long-term health care.
