Hi Anne, Sorry that we weren't able to reach you! As you can imagine, an event like X Games, Coachella Music Festival, or a Hollywood Bowl concert attracts dozens and dozens of applicants, and not just from this site! In a perfect world, we would be able to accept as many as we like, but we are in fact limited to strict event and production parameters. As a small non-profit organization, we try our best to keep in touch with our volunteers because they are key to our success. For example, we have several groups of repeat volunteers who can vouch for a great experience with us. As always, we appreciate your sincere interest in our organization and hope you will keep us in mind for future volunteer opportunities. Best wishes, Serena

Terrible communication. I knew about this organization through previous outreach efforts at Coachella and the Hollywood Bowl and decided to contact them during a volunteer/intern recruitment phase. What a mistake! After several emails I called the contact person (Serena) who sheepishly admitted "Yeah... we got a lot of offers and we couldn't get back to everyone..." A simple "Thank you for your interest" would have sufficed. If you are able to get an answer back from someone at this NPO, you will likely have a better experience. Otherwise, you'll have a better chance to hear from them as an attendee.
