KHRS provides the music and public address system to entertain the guests and make the occasion more memorable. We can play background music, suitable for listening during dinner, and then play dance music and special request music as desired. With our public address system we can announce specific functions during the event and in general keep the event going smoothly from start to finish. We do this without taking breaks like a band would do, so there is constant entertainment ensuring a good time for all.
A quick word about our equipment. We have over 1,800 compact discs, the ultimate in high fidelity sound, from which we select the music we play. We are constantly updating our music and are more than willing to acquire any special requests for your event that we do not presently have in our collection. Our equipment includes a custom designed and built mobile music unit which houses the amplifier, two compact disc players, mixer board and microphone, along with four high quality professional speaker systems to supply plenty of sound to all guests. We also provide a colorful lighting system, including a strobe light and mirror ball, to create that extra-special dance atmosphere. Generally, all the equipment is set up before the guests arrive so that everything is ready to go when they get there.
Before coming to Colorado, each of us have worked for similar businesses in Wyoming, Wisconsin and California, so we bring 20+ years of experience in entertaining at private parties, night clubs, wedding receptions, school dances, and class reunions to your event.
