Mission Statement

The specific purposes for which this corporation is organized include,but are not limited to, enhancing the quality of life of developmentally disabled individual and their family, providing non medical home care to low and moderate income elderly citizens.


KECHI Supported Living Inc. believes that it is unethical to discriminate against persons who have health and social care needs and may be requiring lifelong support with some or all of their activities of daily living. In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, KSLI will, in the course of providing services, treat all persons - consumers and employees alike - without regards to race, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or place of national origin.

KECHI Supported Living Inc. support low or moderate income elderly, and developmentally disabled adults to have the opportunity for community inclusion, independence and access to informed choice. KSLI understands that individual needs evolve throughout one’s lifespan; therefore its services are both pro-active and reactive which enables it to systematically develop and implement services as new situations develop. KSLI thus provide services to assist clients live according to what makes sense to them. The services are designed to help clients live in their own homes, learn new things, be a part of the general community, develop and maintain satisfying relationships with other people, and live a regular life like other people of their age group. The goal is for clients to be able to live meaningful lives while striving to attain their life’s goals in a happy and friendly environment. KSLI offers expertise and practical support to its clients to help them achieve these goals and be active members in their communities.
