The mission of Community Health Resource Center, Inc. is the provide the essential holistic services for the stimulation, education and growth of individuals, families, and the community.

Description

Community Health Resource Center (CHRC) is a non-profit organization which its main goal is to meet the needs of individuals and families, thereby building stronger communities. We have been providing health education in the community via health fairs, at multi-purpose centers for the elderly, provided case management for children with special care needs and family support. We have a new model that we would like to institute to provide assistance and eradicate some problems. Our organization is working to "Bridge the Gaps".
