To cultivate future leaders and guide young professionals in South Florida on a steady path towards enriched career development. The CE Program provides an open, cooperative and dynamic environment where professional development, personal growth and leadership potential can thrive.
Do you know someone age 18-35 that resides in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach counties, interested in gaming Career Essentials tools to assist in professional growth?
The goal of the Career Essentials Program is to prepare young professional for challenging careers in business. All participants will commit to a twelve (12) month mentoring and leadership development program that will include but not limited to:

NAAAHR-South Florida Chapter is a 501(c)3 certified non-profit that values the many talents and abilities of its MEMBERS and seek to foster an open, cooperative and dynamic environment where professional development, personal growth and leadership potential can thrive.
NAAAHR-South Florida Chapter offers quarterly events at locations across South Florida. This includes partnership with local and national organizations to increase the presence and leadership ability in minority talent at all levels, across all industries, both nationally and globally.
