Human Development and Youth Services envisions a nation in which every family has strengths, supports, and resiliency to master life's challenges and embraces a commitment to building healthy communities. We strive to be to be the national leader in the education and training of at-risk youth, foster and relative care providers, education of health & human agency workers with the goal of providing empowerment skills to these individuals to care for themselves, their families, and their communities
