The purpose of this reserach study is to test programs that give physical activity support and advice.

Description

We, Stanford Prevention Research Center, hope to learn if trained peer advisors can help people in their comunity become more physically active compared to virtual "computer" advisors. Up to 24 peer advisors will be enrolled in this study.
