Volunteers of America is a national, nonprofit, spiritually based organization. Autumnwood Care Center creates volunteer opportunities to help support the lives of the residents.

ADMINITRATIVE ASSISTANTS:Filing, typing, bulk mailing, etc.
ARTS AND CRAFTS ASSISTANTS:Organize arts& craft activities SEWERS/MENDERS:Mend residents clothing
COOKING GROUP LEADERS:Lead cooking class
HAIRDRESSERS:Provide hair care services
HANDYMAN:Make repairs as needed
ACTIVITIES VOLUNTEER:Assist with social activities
SHOPPING COORDINATOR:Assist with shopping for residents
PET VISITS:Share pets with residents
BEAUTIFICATION COORDINATOR:Beautify the care center
SPECIAL EVENTS COORDINATOR:Organize fun activities
GARDENER:Plant and maintain flowers
SHOPPER:Go shopping for residents
WALKERS:Take residents for walks
MANTANCE ASSISTANTS:Assist with care center's clean up
MUSICIANS:Provide musical entertainment
BIBLE STUDY LEADER:Review the scripture
