Volunteers of America is a national, nonprofit, spiritually based organization. Valley Manor Care Center creates volunteer opportunities to help support the lives of the residents.

BINGO ASSISTANTS: Assist residents during social activities and games
PIANO PLAYER: Provide musical entertainment for the residents
ARTS AND CRAFTS ASSISTANTS: Lead the arts and craft activities
SEWER/MENDER: Mend residents clothing
COOKING GROUP LEADER: Lead cooking class
HAIRDRESSER: Provide residents opportunities for beauty care
HANDYMAN: Repairs are needed in health care facility
ACTIVITIES VOLUNTEER
SHOPPING COORDINATOR: Assist with some basic shopping for residents
