Option for Women/Cornerstone is a pregnancy resource and medical center located in Saint Michael, Minnesota. Services provided by the Center include: laboratory quality pregnancy tests, STD testing, Limited OB ultrasounds, options counseling, parent education mentoring, and material assistance all at no cost to the clients.
