Help people with disabilities find accessible and affordable housing!

The Home of Your Own Coalition is a program run by the United Cerebral Palsy of Texas. It is a first time homebuyer program for people with disabilities and their families. We provide down-payment and closing cost assistance to qualified applicants. Funds are also available to cover the cost of home modifications. Applicants must be purchasing a home in Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Hays, Travis or Williamson counties. We currently provide a minimal amount of homebuyer education and credit counseling and refer our clients to other organizations for intensive courses. We are looking for ways to expand our capacity to provide these services.
