i like to help people and i feel i go out of my way to do so , the nursing staff that works at the ambassador are very nice but the head nurse and the older lady that runs the place are very cold and give little help. i feel sorry for those that have to stay there the nurses are so under staffed and run there selfs in the ground but that ann that runs the place makes me so mad she fires very good help and the others that work there want to quit because of her, it use to be a nice place when jerry ran the place but it has gone to the dogs with that ann there.
