Mission Statement

The mission of the orchestra is:

to preserve historic Black Classical Music;

to disseminate the music globally through concerts and

website/youtube postings;

to provide a platform for Black composers to hear their works performed;

Description

The Chamber Orchestra performs Black Symphonists Concerts throughout Southern California at museums and universities to perpetuate the music of Black composers dating from the 16th century to the present.
