Mission Statement

Educational Model organization (EMORG) is a non profit organization registered in Tanzania on 21st Nov 2008. The organization aims at providing and improving the quality of education through its free community Library and the school.

Emorg intends to grow to a model school that will give not only the good quality education to the students it serves but also cooparate with the local school in improving the teaching standands by helping teachers on activity based teaching methods, improvisation of teaching aids and the whole teaching and learning process as from lesson preparation, actual teaching and leasson evaluation.

Description

EMORG has the library, the nursery classes and also the women group project at the moment. We have been supported by the Global Fund for Children, Gladiola Adventure Ltd and different other people including our volunteers.

Emorg Inteds to grow to the Model School that will benefit the community in a more brouder way. At this point EMORG it will be able to support not just the students enrolled to the school but also the other students and teachers from the local schools.

This is going to happend by inviting teachers from the local schools to come and stay with our teachers and work with the for few days from the the lesson preparation, actual teaching and evaluation of the lesson.

With this we intend to share with them new teaching approach (activity based teaching) impovisation of teaching aids and Classroom management and control.

Our teachers will also have an opportunity to visit these teachers and work with them in their respective schools in the same manner and write report on the change they have observed on the quality of teaching at these schools.
