The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) provides volunteer oppotunities for persons 55 and older that believe they can make a difference, by sharing their time and passing on the knowledge they have acquired over the years. From just a few hours a week to full time volunteering. RSVP volunteers choose when and where the wish to contribute their time. RSVP is also able to provide a wide range of volunteer opportunities such as working with children, helping at Senior Centers, to helping meet critical community needs like homeland security. This gives the RSVP staff the ability to offer several volunteer opportunities when placing RSVP volunteers in the community depending on the volunteer's interest and skills. RSVP also provides supplemental insurance while on duty and mileage reimbursement.Come make a difference.
