Description

Disability Connection is a center for Independent Living serving persons with disabilities living in Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Mason and Lake Counties in West Michigan. Our cour services include information and Referral, Individual and Systems Advocacy, peer support and mentoring and independent living services.
