Mission Statement

DOVE works to empower individuals and families experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault or child abuse by providing support, information, advocacy and safe shelter. It is our mission to support survivors, to educate and encourage our community to identify domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse as criminal conduct, and to work relentlessly to change the attitudes that allow these crimes to continue.

Description

DOVE, Inc. is a nonprofit organization for men, women, and children who have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence and/or child abuse. We are dedicated to providing free and confidential services that cover legal advocacy, peer support counseling and support groups, child advocacy/counseling, and community awareness events about sexual assault, domestic violence, and child abuse. DOVE, Inc. also has a 24/7 Crisis Line and safe shelter.
