Celebrating the twentieth anniversary of serving the health care needs of residents of La Crosse, Vernon, Crawford and Monroe Counties of Wisconsin in 2014, Scenic Bluffs is a non-profit Community Health Center offering personal and coordinated medical, dental, behavioral health, chiropractic and pharmacy services. We exist to serve the health care needs of the people in Western Wisconsin. We thrive as a community-based service provider, dedicated to supporting healthy foundations in the communities we serve. Our clinicians and staff people collaborate to offer the highest quality of coordinated, patient-centered preventive and primary health care, as well as health education and community enrichment at our clinics and partner locations in Cashton, Sparta, Viroqua and Norwalk, WI. It is our mission to provide accessible, patient-centered primary healthcare focusing on disease prevention and education to improve the health and well-being of our communities. We also maintain collaborative, ongoing partnerships with local school districts; the Scenic Rivers Area Health Education Center; Monroe, Vernon, and La Crosse County Public Health Departments; local police and fire departments, regional health care systems; and professional training programs including UW-Madison, UW-La Crosse, Viterbo University, Winona State University, and Western Technical College.
