Help to bring computer and on line literacy to older adults.

SeniorNet Learning Centers are places where computer classes, specifically designed for older adults, are offered. They are places where a student who has never before used a computer can learn basic computer skills. Skills include how to turn the system on and off - how to use the mouse to drag and drop and point and click - how to write, edit, save and print a letter; and how to access and use the Internet and other online services to send e-mail and to participate in a chat. SeniorNet currently offers these courses: Intro to Computers, Going Online, Introduction and advanced Word Processing, Graphics program use, Scanning and Digital Camera use.
