We are dedicated to promoting the physical and emotional well-being of our patients by providing exceptional services, cost- effective, family-focused care for the medically complex patients. Our goal is to meet the patient’s medical needs in the nurturing environment of his or her home and to minimize the impact of the patient’s condition on the family while respecting role of the family in the care of the patient.

Absolute Compassion Home Health maintains quality home health care services consistent with our Mission Statement and Patient’s Bill of Rights by:

1. Ensuring that all patients are provided with quality, comprehensive health care services through a coordinated Plan of Care.

2. Provide continuity of health care to facilitate uninterrupted service with the health care system.

3. Promote early recovery or maximum rehabilitation in the patient’s home environment.

4. Provide effective channels of communication with the patient, physician and other organizations and providers with the health care community.
