Description

RSVP assist seniors find meaningful volunteer opportunities in Luzerne and Wyoming Counties.

RSVP volunteers have made an impact in Luzerne and Wyoming Counties by assisting children with reading and math; tutoring adults for their GED, monitoring the Ph level of the water in local streams; assisting seniors with income taxes and health insurance questions, fraud and concerns; peer counseling; monitoring rights of frail elderly in nursing homes; blood drives; food banks; fire safety, computer education; craft projects; local community projects and wherever and whenever needed.
