The mission of GHN is to bring together independent efforts and initiatives to amplify change and increase access to cardiac care across the globe with greater efficiency and effectiveness

Description

How we do it: The Online Platform

GHN is the humanitarian hub for cardiovascular care and patient empowerment.

Members can post needs and resources, coordinate with potential partners, access databases and research, participate in discussions and conferences. GHN exists to interact with and support members every step of the way.

Our Goals:

  • Increase collaboration and partnerships between cardiac care providers through the creation of an up to date database of CVD Hospitals and Community Clinics in low and middle income countries
  • Streamline the treatment process with a one stop standardized database of referral forms for an intuitive pathway of care
  • Empower patients and caregivers to be the voice of cardiac care
  • Fostering sustainable cardiac care in country through collaboration and trainings with local healthcare providers and authorities
