To provide a supportive gathering place for caregivers of those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other neurocognitive disorder, that offers them all of the programs, services and education necessary to help them navigate their journey as Alzheimer’s caregivers, while enhancing and improving their quality of life.
The Alzheimer's Care Resource Center serves as the first point of contact for Alzheimer’s caregivers at the time of diagnosis, when the road gets rough, when tough decisions have to be made, through end-of-life care.
Through a variety of innovative programs and services, we help caregivers navigate all of the challenges that accompany caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease, dementia or other memory impairment.
Alzheimer's caregivers in our community need never to feel that they are on this journey alone. 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, the Alzheimer's Care Resource Center is here to help guide them, support them, and empower them to be stronger, healthier caregivers.
