Mission Statement

Chicago Rowing Foundation (CRF), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, was founded in 1998 with a grant from the U.S. Olympic Committee to make sweep rowing (crews of 4 or 8) accessible and available to students throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.

Description

CRF believes the community deserves a whole-person approach to programming. Through our introductory programs, we give new rowers the tools to live a healthier life, and the chance to gain confidence through strength and focus. CRF boasts a nationally ranked high school program, a growing middle school program, a recreational program for adults, and a nationally ranked adult Masters competitive team.
