Mission Statement

The Mission of RIDA is to mainly to improvr and enhance the quality of life of our disabled population on Roosevelt Island

The disabilities of our members are quite diverse so we try to provide activities and programs geared to their strength and abilities, mental,physical and emotional. We also provide transportation to places of interest,shopping malls,restaurants and other events in the greater NYC area in our 15 passenger accessiable bus. We also provide information on organizations that can assist them in activities in their daily living so they can live a more independent and socially active life
