Community Hospice's mission is to provide compassionate and quality care, education and support to patients and their families regardless of the ability to pay.

Description

Community Hospice is a nonprofit, community-based hospice agency, caring for thousands of community neighbors and friends since 1979. We were founded in a church basement by two volunteer registered nurses, and have grown to meet the needs of the community, becoming the largest hospice agency in the Central Valley.
