Volunteers are needed on virtual basis to research and write articles which start with broad overviews and drill down to necessary details such as form letters. Also to design and build web site

There is no single big-box type site to provide people all the financial, legal and practical information required to nagivate the new world of life after a diagnosis. The idea is to provide national quality information and advice to the people who need it. Studies and experience prove the need.
A great deal of information already exists, plus research to update articles. Volunteers are needed from different fields such as law, benefits counseling, insurance, government programs, medical, nursing homes etc

The project is based on critically acclaimed book: BE PREPARED, The Complete Financial, Legal and Practical Guide for Living with cancer, HIV/AIDS and Other Life-Challenging Diseases by David S. Landay (St. Martin's Press, 1998)
