The Omaha Police Department and the volunteer C.O.P.S program is looking for self-motivated individuals who want to make a difference in their community.

The Omaha Police Department, in partnership with our community, provides impartial, ethical, and professional law enforcment service and protection. The volunteer C.O.P.S program helps reduce crime, maximize efficiency, enhance customer service, improve public confidence, and personal and professional growth.

I think that it is very good place to start in police and public relations.Also if you want to be a lawenforcement officer it is a great way to see how lawenforcement works both in office areas as well as out in the field.
