To preserve and interpret the transportation heritage of the Commonwealth by collecting, restoring and exhibiting significant artifacts in order to serve and educate the citizens of Virginia.

Description

Exhibiting diesel, electric and steam locomotives, featuring the class J number 611 and class A 1218. Also exhibiting vintage cars, carriages, buses, trucks, aviation equipment, interactive and historic exhibits, a model circus layout and a model O-Gauge layout, and much more! Special events throughout the year, including the Star City Motor Madness and Wanderlust.
