Vision

Venture Academy ignites the passion of all young people to become entrepreneurial learners and leaders who will change the world.

Model Elements

1. Personalization: Venture uses personalized, self-directed and digital learning, with coaching and feedback, to learn the core skills of reading, writing, and mathematics. Our learning program is personalized to the needs and interests of individual students, who learn to direct the methods and pace of their learning using adaptive software.
2. Learning to know: Venture students acquire in-depth knowledge, learn to think critically, write clearly, and speak confidently.
3. Learning to do: Venture students demonstrate learning via projects, career and college experiences, and apprenticeships.
4. Learning to be: Venture intentionally and purposefully builds character and intrinsic motivation to learn and lead through a culture of joy, adventure, teamwork, risk-taking, iteration, and reflection.
