Mission Statement

The National MS Society funds more research, offers more services for people with MS, and provides more professional education programs than any other MS organization in the world.

We provide education, equipment, emotional support, exercise classes, family programs, and financial assistance to people with MS and their loved ones. We also promote understanding of MS and other disabilities through public outreach, government advocacy, and professional education.

Description

Be the welcoming face greeting our visitors and the friendly voice on the phone when people call!!

Answer incoming phone calls and assist or refer callers to other staff members. Take accurate and complete messages and ensure that messages are delivered to correct staff members in a timely manner. Ensure that office answering machines are activated nightly, review and deliver nightly messages to appropriate staff members. Greet all visitors to the office and assist them as needed. Miscellaneous clerical work included during quieter times.
