National Executive Service Corps

Description

Senior-level corporate executives and professionals volunteer their time and expertise to help nonprofit agencies (including education and government) increase their effectiveness in providing services to their clients.

Volunteer consultants are assigned to projects with nonprofit clients which need help in a variety of operational and management services including board development, strategic planning, financial management, leadership development, marketing, and human resources. While there is no 'typical' project, these engagements can last from less than two months to six months, some even more.
