Grafton County Senior Citizens Council incorporated in Lebanon in 1973 and opened the Upper Valley Senior Center more than 25 years ago as the first of its eight programs. As a full-service center, the Upper Valley Senior Center is bustling from morning to night every weekday with meal preparation, three lift-equipped buses coming and going with passengers, the headquarters of the regional RSVP, an active crafts room, special classes and health clinics, and daily adult day care.
