Our mission is to prepare children, youth, and families of Ventura County to meet the future and become productive members of the community by providing bilingual, bicultural family and youth educational programs in partnership with parents, schools, and neighborhoods.

Description

El Centrito Family Learning Centers is a nonprofit that promotes the educational success of Ventura County families by providing high quality, multicultural programs:

  • Early Childhood Education

  • Summer and After School Enrichment

  • Parent Leadership Services

The agency addresses participants’ educational needs in a bilingual community setting, and provides an environment that nurtures relationships and builds trust and confidence. El Centrito has constructed a pipeline of leadership and educational support services that carry children and families from infancy through a career-focused higher education.
