Caring Connections Volunteer Programs of Aging & Community Services of South Central Indiana, Inc. (Area XI Agency on Aging) consists of 3 volunteer Programs. Caring Connections Volunteers, IRIS-Indiana Reading & Information Services, and AARP Money Management Program. Caring Connections Volunteers assist with grocery shopping, transportation to doctor appointments, friendly visiting and errands. IRIS Volunteers record Columbus' newspaper, The Republic, for the visual and print impaired. AARP Money Management Volunteers serve as Representative Payee and Bill Payer for those who are unable to manage on their own.
