WHO WE ARE:
Advocates for Residents in Long-Term Care Facilities
Mandated by Federal & State Law To:
Identify
Investigate
Resolve
Complaints on behalf of LTC residents
WHAT WE DO:
Resolve problems
Resolve complaints of suspected abuse
Monitor Facilities through unannounced visits
Train & Educate: Residents, caregivers, families and the community about LTC issues, residents rights,Advance Health Care decisions and elder abuse.
Witness Advance Health Care Directives when executed in skilled nursing facilities.
