Mass Insight Education

Description

Mass Insight Education, founded in 1997, is a Boston-based nonprofit that organizes public schools, higher education, business, government, and strategic partners to significantly improve student achievement.

Over the past six years, Mass Insight established the largest academic STEM program in the state, successfully scaling from serving 10 schools and 1,500 students to over 70 schools and 10,000 students annually. This program more than doubled the number of students taking and receiving college credit qualifying scores in Advanced Placement (AP) STEM courses. Working inside the schools, with the full support of district and school leadership, we helped teachers and students prove that it is possible to raise the bar in underperforming schools throughout the state.
