Make a difference is the final stages of someone's life. We need your help. Medi-Plex Hospice is looking for volunteers to work in our hospice care program.

We need your help. Medi-Plex Hospice is looking for volunteers to work in our hospice care program. Hospice-trained volunteers complete 6-8 hours of training and can assist in a variety of areas. They can help patients with reading, writing and other personal needs as well as transportation services. Families and caregivers can turn to hospice volunteers for assistance with errands, laundry, meal preparation and other household tasks.
Hospice volunteers are required to attend an orientation program, must have access to transportation and be in reasonably good health. Professional volunteers are sought in such areas as counseling, massage therapy, play therapy, art therapy and music therapy.
