Description

• Provide clerical support for Family Self Sufficiency Program.
• Assist with coordinating resources and services for program participants and other housing family members.
• Assist with providing materials, written procedures and other outreach program tasks for Family Self Sufficiency clients.
• Assist with interviewing program participants and other housing family members.
• Assist with completing program referrals on behalf of program participants their family members.
• Under the direction of the Family Self Sufficiency Coordinator, assist with monitoring, evaluating and collecting data regarding program participants’ progress.
• Assist with completing documentation for case file and other program activity reports.
• Participate and attend personal development workshops, seminars and in-service trainings.
• Report any incident immediately and complete an incident report.
• Other tasks may be assigned, as required.
