Description

"The Destination Graduation secondary portion of the program places AmeriCorps members in high schools with their sole responsibility being to increase high school graduation rates and support students' efforts to engage in post secondary education."

Destination Graduation may:

1. Coordinate volunteers mentoring programs

2. Support academic acheivement, transitioning to HS, graduation from HS, preparation for college, FAFSA completion, college/post-secondary enrollment and completion.

3. Conduct after school tutoring programs, study halls, life skills and study skills classes, and individual tracking.

4. Provide parents with a personal connection
