Mission Statement

To eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.

Description

The Alzheimer's Association provides education and information to families and caregivers about the disease and how to provide better care. It raises money to fund more reasearch about dementia and AD. The Association advocates for higher standards of institutional care in state and federal governments.
