Help stroke survivors return to better health through exercise!

This community program is available to persons who have had a stroke and are wanting to improve their health and fitness. The exercise program includes aerobic exercise according to each person's tolerance level. Participants receive aid in performing the exercises and are monitored constantly for safety during the exercise.
