Mission Statement

The mission of Asperger Works is twofold: to help adults with Asperger’s Syndrome (AS) lead productive lives through gainful employment and to educate employers about the positive side of hiring people with Asperger’s Syndrome.

Description

We are a charitable organization that focuses on solving the employment problems of adults with Asperger’s Syndrome (AS) or High-Functioning Autism.
The founder & Executive Director of Asperger Works, Inc., Daniel Rajczyk, has Asperger’s Syndrome that was diagnosed when he was an adult. Thus, he has first-hand knowledge of the need for employment support services for adults on the Spectrum. He has brought together a core team of individuals who are working diligently to realize his innovative vision.

For employers, we help put autism to work by assisting them in understanding how they can leverage the strengths of persons on the Spectrum and provide a work environment that sets up the autistic worker for success.

For those with AS and their employers, we help put autism to work by providing support services and advice so that they can learn to work together and benefit each other.
