To work with key administration personnel on the development of better communications with the customers and other organizations.

IRWA is a non profit service and training organization that works with water and wastewater systems thorughout Idaho. the organization provides these services to all systems regardless of membership in the associaiton. The organization is funded through contracts with the national affiliate and the funding is appropriated by US Congress.
