PeopleFund started in 1994 and was originally called Austin Community Development Corporation, or Austin CDC. PeopleFund is a nonprofit organization (registered 501(c)3) and Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). PeopleFund provides loans to small business owners all over Texas.
