Here's a sample of our volunteer opportunities:VIEW AS
The Cleveland Cultural Gardens Federation is the representative organization of the Cultural Gardens set to provide a direct link between the Cultural Gardens and the individual ethnic communities they represent. The Federation has been instrumental in preservation and development of the Gardens, as well as maintaining public awareness and interest in the Cleveland Cultural Gardens.
The mission of the Cleveland One World Festival is to honor and celebrate the rich cultural diversity of Northeast Ohio among the cultural gardens at Rockefeller Park.
The Cleveland One World Festival (COWF) is an arts and entertainment event staged in the nationally acclaimed Cleveland Cultural Gardens of Rockefeller Park, in partnership with the Cultural Gardens Federation. This year, the festival is September 13 and 14. The gardens are transformed into venues for performing arts, music, exhibition, sports and world food sampling. Visitors have unique opportunities to sample the full panorama of authenticClevelandheritage.
Each nationality and culture (whether or not it currently has a garden) is invited to showcase its cultural heritage through its music, theatre, poetry, regalia, food, and beverages. COWF will create six to ten performance environments, from performance areas presented organically in some of the gardens to larger main stage venues that will showcase featured performers. Some events may be small in scope; some will be more ambitious. COWF will also include a parade along MLK Jr. Drive, where participants can mingle and celebrate our differences and our unity.
