Call Center Volunteer
Call Center volunteers will be trained on how to conduct an intake interview and provide a basic level of help, counsel, and/or referrals on additional services needed, but not provided by HCA.

FEMA DRC/HCA Field Office Volunteer
Volunteers able to staff a designated HCA desk within one of the FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC) in the Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama area, as well as surrounding states.

Virtual Help-Center Volunteer
Volunteers with extensive knowledge in providing financial services will act as a "virtual case manager" for those individuals who may need more than basic information and more than one guidance session order to meet their needs.
