Harmony Hospice is an interdiscplinary program desigend to meet the needs of an individual with a life-limiting illness. Harmony offers a special kind of care that treats all aspects of the patient including their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. We promote the importance of dignity and the quality of life and recognize that the family is an essential part of our mission. Volunteers are trained to provide support through companionship, respite, and assistance with certain activities.
